Description:
Raw material with high quality tool steel, imported and local steel enterprise, 45Mn2V, 50Mn2V, 65Mn, 51Mn7, 46Mn as saw body material, It is characterized by good comprehensive mechanical property, high hardness and abrasive resistance at the tip of tooth. Tooth hardness 50-55HRC,
It is used for cutting hot rolled steel sections, H beam,steel pipe and tube, and steel bar (square, round and flat). The temperature for cutting should be over 750℃, and 800℃ for high alloy steel. It requests the sawing machine with collent water above 3Mpa.

Flat ground finish,parallel ground
Hollow ground: side face are hollow ground, for maximum cutting clearance, reduce burr forming and high cut quality.
